Armin Cruz has a special interest in volunteerism. Back in the late 1990s, Armin Cruzworked for the Boys and Girls Club of Collin County.

 
Armin Cruz is currently a Vice President, Process Design Consultant at Bank America. He attained his Master in Business Administration on October 31, 2013 from the University of Phoenix. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, Armin Cruz possesses a Black Belt in Six Sigma and is currently enrolled/seeking an Advanced/Master Certificate in Business Process Design.

He graduated with his MBA with flying colors with a3.75 GPA. The rigid coursework for the graduate program includes:

He first worked as an electronic sales telemarking representative at a legacy Bank of America company, Countrywide Home Loans. Based upon exemplary performance, he was immediately promoted into the Countrywide’s Developmental Program. Due to the peak performance in Sales, Armin was promoted again to Mortgage loan officer, and eventually to the position of Senior Mortgage Loan officer/Team Leader. Eventually, after continued success Armin was again promoted to the role of Officer, Banking Center Manager. Armin’s leadership skills, and performance was again his ticket to be promoted to Assistant Vice President, Banking Center Manger II.

Armin would lead a highly critical and highly visible banking center with a unique set of challenges that has proven unprofitable for years. Hedeveloped and implementeda sales strategy, while also lessening legal jeopardy with the new team. Just weeks into the post, the team showed new life, and passion for performance. Through engagement (balancing accountably with motivation to drive success) Armin has proven that leadership drives performance, proving breaking milestones and records is possible in any market condition, and with any team. The key is leadership, and embracing the power of your team.

Armin Cruz has a special interest in volunteerism. Back in the late 1990s, Armin Cruzworked for the Boys and Girls Club of Collin County. He was a team assistant,and also assisted with the building of homes with the Habitat for Humanity, assisted in raising funds for the American Heart Association as well as for the Susan G Komen for The Cure. He also assisted other professional agencies in planning and organization fund-raising efforts for the March of Dimes. Armin Cruz has also served on the YP214 leadership council, and chaired two committees on mentorship with employee network groups.

The reason behind the humanitarian act has a special place in Armin Cruz’s ethical beliefs. The causes may change from the organizations noted above, but the intention is real and universal. The main goal is to work together, share skills and tools to create a better future for all people.With this project, he has started creating new and responsible leaders for tomorrow. The American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity, Susan G Komen for the Cure, March of Dimes, United Way, American Red Cross, and various local food banks are some of the most special foundations that is very close to the heart of Armin Cruz.
