Indore June 2017: PR24x7 Network Limited Organized an event for the employees and the interns working here. The event organized is to increase the enthusiasm of the people working here. It’s an enjoyment break for all the people. The event involves a lot of programmes including dance, skit, role play, song, quiz, dumbsharraz, gift exchange. The organization believes in serving and mollifying the employees by organizing such events on a regular basis. It serves the purpose of personality development and possibly helps in creating intimacy and interaction among the people. It is therefore organized to create a bonding among the people. So that they jell up and work with full zeal and passion. It has been a regular initiative taken by the organization.
The event includes a lot of programmes which are theme based and serve the society as well. The themes which are chosen are women empowerment and child education. The themes are selected to give a message to the society which in turn may lead to a change. Certain solutions and strategies may come up which may lead to a dynamic change altogether. Also the event includes a custom whereby the group presentations will be given in ethnic attires. Usually it involves being formally dressed but here this time the custom and the stereotypes are being broken. The presentation will be given by the office people but wearing ethnic wear to break the monotony hence denote the rural area and village development.
