US Capital Partners Engaged as Strategic Advisor in $100 Million Debt and Equity Raise for Midwest

Private investment bank backs next-generation waste-to-value company in the development of a new biogas-to-ammonia plant in collaboration with the City of Monmouth, Illinois.

 
San Francisco, CA, May 21, 2014 -- US Capital Partners, LLC has been engaged by Midwest BioEnergy, Ltd. as its strategic advisor in the raising of debt and equity project financing of up to $100 million. The financing will include an initial $10 million in corporate financing and up to $20 million in debt and equity financing for a new bio-gas-to-ammonia plant in Monmouth, Illinois, to be developed by the company’s subsidiary Midwest Ammonia, LLC (“Midwest”).

US Capital Partners is a private investment bank that makes direct debt investments, participates in debt facilities, and arranges equity placements for small to lower middle market companies.
