Horsham, PA, July 31, 2014 -- Stephanie Perrone Goldstein of LRA Worldwide will help facilitate a roundtable event discussion for the ICSC’s Shopping Center Sponsorship & Advertising Conference taking place next week in New York City. The roundtable topic is titled “What are the Metrics Developers Use to Demonstrate Traffic and Measurement Results for Out-of-Home Buyers” and will take place from 9-10:30 AM on Tuesday, August 5th at the Grand Hyatt New York.

Perrone Goldstein has been responsible for helping LRA establish a growing client base in the shopping center and retail industry, where the company has helped clients such as Caruso Affiliated, Marketplace Development, Cadillac Fairview and Westfield measure and improve the customer experience. LRA’s hospitality roots and expertise in Customer Experience Measurement have proven attractive to management companies looking for metrics to enhance their offering to consumers, tenants and sponsors alike.

“The industry has been very receptive to our work measuring the emotional connection between companies and their customers,” said Perrone Goldstein. ”This audience is looking for tangible ways to show sponsors value, and emotional connection is statistically linked to brand loyalty and spending behavior.”

The Shopping Center Sponsorship & Advertising Conference, which will run August 4-5, is the premier event for learning what’s hot and what’s next in sponsorship and advertising. The conference helps industry professionals gain insight into what major brands are looking for when establishing long-term partnerships and implementing a shopping center sponsorship and advertising program. Perrone Goldstein was invited to the conference by Jim Ward, Vice President - Brand Development for CBL & Associates Properties in Chattanooga, TN; Ward will co-facilitate the roundtable.

“We are excited that Stephanie will be sharing LRA’s point of view on Customer Experience Measurement,” Ward explained. “Understanding the experiences and opportunities we provide sponsors and how those drive renewals and encourage new brands to activate in shopping centers is crucial to industry revenue growth.”

In addition to LRA Worldwide and CBL & Associates, the conference features speakers from Coca-Cola, Simon, Glimcher Realty Trust and Macerich, among others.
