Daniel T. Ferrera’s ninth annual general yearly outlook, titled “Ferrera Outlook for 2016,” forecasts the financial and economic trends for this year.

Santa Barbara, CA, United States, January 20, 2016 -- Daniel T. Ferrera’s “General Outlook for 2016,” just published by the Sacred Science Institute, is Ferrera’s ninth consecutive annual forecast. This year’s forecast is subtitled, “Topping Formation in Progress”. To begin the year, Ferrera notes that the S&P 500, though still near all-time highs at the close of 2015, has broken important support levels according to his analysis. Using the cycles-based methods originally developed by W.D. Gann, Ferrera tracks historical market performance against the various cycles Gann used. In addition to publishing his formidable cycles-based research, the text points to several major risk factors underlying the 2016 forecast. These include near-bankrupt sovereign states across the globe and the volume of highly leveraged derivatives.

Ferrera’s recent forecasts foretold the market top due to the confluence of multiple technical and cyclical patterns. He projects that movements in the markets in 2016 could be chaotic and move quickly, which can prove to be a fearful time for investors who lack the clear analysis of the current cycles and market structure in play.

Ferrera’s objective for subscribers remains the same: Provide the crucial trading guidance so investors can preserve their capital and identify primary swings in the market. Subscribers to Ferrera’s forecasts will also receive periodic updates of his recommendations throughout the year. These include dates of key market turns, price levels, trend channels and technical analysis, all crucial for successful trading and wealth preservation.

For example, Ferrera’s March Update to the “Outlook for 2015” informed subscribers that the maximum high price for the S&P 500 would not exceed 2140. The highest price of the S&P 500 was 2135 on May 20th. His June Update stated that mid-August through mid-October was the most likely period for a correction. The flash crash began in late August and formed a double bottom, fulfilling the low of the 6-year cycle. As forecasted in the 2015 Outlook, the closing high of 12/30/14 formed a significant price level at about 2195. Ferrera stated that 2015 would close below this price. It actually closed below 2025.
