Ashta Yoga Center, previously known as Ami Yoga & Reiki Centre directed by Amit Namdev is based in the stunning beaches of Goa at Arambol beach and very soon is going to be launched at Mysore.

The yoga centre is all set ready to offer 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) that will be held from 10th March to 1st April 2015 in Dubai, UAE. Amit Namdev, the director of Ashta Yoga Center said “the YTT program is intended to be a significant personal experience where you’ll develop your own practice, obtain knowledge & self-consciousness, and be authorized to securely and assertively teach others in the Ashtanga style of yoga”.

Upon conclusion of a 200-hour teacher training, students will have a thorough understanding of asana, including proper alignment & modifications, and also particular pranayama , kriya , chanting, mantra and meditation techniques that can help students in accessing the full advantages of a yoga practice, Amit said.
