BAD VASTU CAN CAUSE YOU HEADACHE

We all wish to lead a happy, stress-free and comfortable life but the truth is, the more we strive for mental peace, the more we get entangled in our problems and necessities of life. This happens not only due to excessive work load and unlimited human desires but also due to the unfriendly, anti-vastu environment around us. Mental stress has become an inevitable part of our lives. I believe, incorrect Vastu and erratic structures are a key component for causing headaches and tension in our everyday lives.

The major Vastu defects which lead to regular headaches, insufficient sleep and body aches are:-

• Sleeping under a beam- If you happen to sleep under a beam at night you are sure to get up with incessant headache and body pain as this is one of the major Vastu defects which is often neglected and taken lightly.

• Sleeping with the head in the north- Vastu says one should always point to the south while sleeping, this is because the north-pole energy coming in from the north direction interrupts with the body’s energy thereby causing headaches and heaviness.

• Unwanted nails- Houses which have unwanted nails on the walls tend to cause headaches to its residents and hence nails drilled on the walls which are not being used for any purpose should be taken out without delay.

• Construction of a dais in the north-east direction also leads to headaches and hence it should be kept it mind not to build a dais in this direction at any cost.

• The main door, if placed in the south-east direction, would amount to unnecessary mental stress, headaches and quarrels and therefore the entrance door should never be in the south-east, with the door towards the east.

• If a house has an extended north-west, towards the north side, it would definitely cause headache and mental agony to the inmates.

• A site having an extension towards the northwest-North would lead to mental worries and headaches. It may also cause court litigations and other unwanted tensions.
