The vital voices global partnerships organizes global mentoring walk, every year to celebrate the international Women’s Day. Archana Surana is the part of the leadership network and is the flag bearer of the Global mentoring walk since last 8 years. In preparation for the walk an orientation programme and workshop for 20 mentees was conducted at Arch college of Design and Business to induct the young professional into the mentoring programme. The young Mentees were coached to identified their personal and professional challenges in life. They were asked to identify their long and short term goals which shall be then the guiding patterns for the Women’s mentors forum. Advocate Nivedita sarda, executive chair WMF, Jaipur lead the session and will be leading the walk in the March.
