Placing seniors in a locally assisted living community and group homes and subsequent visits can be a overwhelming task when you have a full time engagement. While families would like their lovely seniors to have a comfortable life in locally assisted communities and group homes, sometimes it can be challenging when engaged in work related travelling and busy schedules. A senior placement advocate company has started a new service that will help the seniors and their loved ones feel comfortable even when they miss a visit. While introducing the service, Laura and Maggie, the two advocates advisors behind the company said that the service is for families who need another set of “eyes and ears” on their loved one. Scheduled visits provide a welcome break from loneliness while maintaining their independence while at the same time gives the other party peace of mind when they know when they loved ones are faring in locally assisted living community and group homes.
One lady who expressed her excitement with the service was Rita B, who sometimes back had her mum in a group home but due to her busy schedules at work could not manage to check on her often as she would have wanted.
“ I wish you would have had your service when my mom was in a group home. I worked full-time and never had much time to get over and check on her,” said Rita while congratulating the two advocate advisers for their timely idea.
The check in services will be available to the seniors in their homes ,nursing home, retirement home, senior living homes, long term care homes and assisted living homes.
The new service is an addition to the current senior placement services that the business has been offering.
“We specialize in finding the perfect living environment for your loved one. When you need to select a senior living community, but can’t visit it personally, with our new service we will be checking on your loved one on your behalf when you have a tight schedule,” said Laura while explaining the kind of services that they offer.
