Whippany, New Jersey – October 11, 2016 – Fresh Fusions Superfood Café, a vegan and vegetarian focused healthy café, has officially opened for business, the company has announced. A menu full of delicacies is now available from both Fresh Fusions Superfood Café and the award winning yogurt shop Planet Swirl. Complete with online ordering, the café will deliver to the customer’s location, making having the healthiest foods and drinks available easier than ever.

The Whippany, New Jersey based company is also continuously updating its healthy, gluten free menu. Fresh 16 ounce drinks currently include bottled raw juice, iced tea, and a grape/orange, raspberry electrolyte drink. A selection of delicious smoothies is available. These include pinacoolada, strawberry, chocolate malt, and protein drinks. Smoothie bowls include dishes with banana and peanut butter, strawberries and walnuts, spinach/kale, and coconut milk and vanilla.

A “Fresh Custom” section enables customers to choose a base ingredient such as Greek yogurt, pitaya, or chia pudding. Vegan hemp granola is available and extra toppings can be selected. A “boost” ingredient such as almonds, cacao, flax, peanut butter, walnuts, and others can be chosen as well, allowing people to have a truly custom healthy meal.

Fresh Fusion Café has several recent additions to its menu. Super Caesar Salad and Apple Nachos are now part of the healthy superfoods selection. A grab ‘n’ go lunch includes zucchini pasta Bolognese.

Continuously Expanding the Choice of Superfoods

The range of items coming soon is expansive. In addition to its already growing and impressive list of menu items, the café will soon have several choices of fresh salads. They’ll include Asian kale slaw and a fiesta salad with romaine, corn, nacho queso, black beans, and more. A “Fresh Bites” section is planned as well with chips and dip and smart bars. There will also soon be “Fresh Mains” including a veggie pad thai and green tacos.

Fresh Fusion Café’s menu is mostly vegan, and all gluten free. Catering, delivery, and take out service are available, while outdoor seating is provided at the physical location in Whippany, off of State Route 10. The healthy café is run by executive chef Lori Sloan Quinn, whose food and nutrition research and certification as a Holistic Nutrition Counselor led her on a path to extending the results seen in her family to the community. She specializes in gluten free, vegan/vegetarian, allergy friendly, and raw cooking.
