Dr. Adolphus Sowemimo is a dedicated medical professional, who has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology for over thirty-five years. So far in his career, he has worked for some of the best hospitals and medical centres in the United Kingdom, Canada, Nigeria, and the Middle East.

Presently, he is based in Canada and provides reliable services through A. O. Sowemimo Corporation, which he established a few years ago. He also serves as a part-time volunteer pastor at the Celestial Church of Christ, Winnipeg, Canada.

When not working, Dr. Adolphus Sowemimo likes to devote time to his hobbies, like listening to classical music, reading novels, and playing golf, chess, & squash. He is also involved with a number of charitable groups, including – Medicines’ Sans Frontiers’ (Doctors Without Borders), World Evangelism, Community Respite Services, the Canadian Blind Mission, and Autism Society of Manitoba.

About Dr. Adolphus Sowemimo

Dr. Adolphus Sowemimo is an obstetrician and gynecologist with over three decades of experience. In 1983, Dr. Sowemimo graduated from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria. In 1986, Dr. Adolphus Sowemimo relocated to the United Kingdom to further his training. Sowemimo completed his postgraduate residency training at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in 1988, during which he worked extensively in gynecology and obstetrics. He holds expertise in a variety of procedures, including operative laparoscopy, colposcopy, hysteroscopy. He currently provides obstetrics and gynecology services to help in the health and welfare of the poor and needy people of the region of Celestial Church of Christ, as a medical missionary. Adolphus enjoys listening to classical music and reading novels. He is also fond of playing golf and chess in his spare time.
