Today's issues (released in me by Steve Shaw) presents a real challenge for obvious reasons, but I deal with it anyway. While it is undeniably true that there is something narcissistic inbodybuilding, I still do not think that the quest for bigger muscles is necessarily healthy (itcan be however).

First let's take a look at the definition of the narcissistic behavior. Essentially it is apersonality disorder, which means that it is a defect of a general nature. Narcissism is notlike depression or paranoia, which may come and go. Personality disorders are what you are.

Some of the symptoms include:

He hopes to be recognized as superior and special, without superior achievements. Check -each competitor I've ever met.
Expected constant attention, admiration and reinforcement positive others and is concernedwith thoughts and fantasies of sexy huge success, power, intelligence. Also has a specialtreatment expectations that are unrealistic... mmm Yes, I see a pattern.
Now let's take into account that some of these traits in moderation are not bad. It is healthyto have a certain amount of self-esteem. Without it, they feel useless and not taking care ofourselves. That would be unhealthy.
