Bansal left Infosys in Dec 2015 after 16 years of service and is now head of finance at cab aggregator Ola.
According to the Infosys disclosure in the balance sheet, the compensation reflected the “enhanced non-compete and non-disclosure agreement” the company had signed with Bansal.
