How to resolve printer configuration problem with HP Printer customer care?

HP printer installation and set up is not that difficult if you can understand the procedure in the manual. However, configuration of the printer can be a little tricky as there is a possibility that an issue may arise because of connectivity error.

 
Configuration issues occur when the installer does not detect the printer after selecting the connection type. It might display the following errors:


• No device found
• Unable to find the printer
• Printer not found on wireless network
• No printer detected

Step 1: Restarting all devices

• Disconnect the power from the router and turn off the printer

Step 2: Re-check network connections and status
