To face immense competition from these countries India has the need of upgrading the market opportunities in other markets and also has the need of upgradation of technology. Because many countries have already been so fast and upgraded and also have seen the enormous growth in their handicraft market.
Like - Sri lanka gained the technology from Japan, China and malaysia in the case of bamboo and wooden handicrafts. Thailand got the technology from Taiwan and South Korea in case of teak and timber industry and had seen the immense growth.
