Mar-bal Incorporation is the private individual company which is controlling their activities from their four plants. They were feeling complexity and un-flexibility in their routine operations and they had also no manufacturing EDI facility to track their inventory management system, reporting, accounting operations etc. With the rapid growth the old ERP system was proven as a costful entity for the company in form of maintenance cost. So it was needed to replace the old ERP system with the new ERP software.
