TestingXperts (Tx) partners with one of the largest healthcare delivery service providers in India for its software testing requirements. The various verticals of the client primarily involve diagnostics, hospitals, and day care speciality facilities. The client runs around 50 hospitals and over 300 diagnostic centres in India, Sri Lanka, Dubai, and Mauritius.

The client embarked on a strategic initiative to replace its current legacy HIS application with a new home-grown greenfield implementation. It was a key program to improve the operational efficiency, improve customer experience and reduce wait times. The client needed a strategic software testing partner having the right technical and functional skills to perform functional, accessibility, security and performance testing on this new application.

As part of the engagement, Tx will be adopting the continuous testing approach and will start testing the modules of the application as those get developed and deployed to QA environment. Tx will carry out the engagement in a Hybrid model (Onsite and Offsite).

Tx will leverage its in-house accelerators to set up testing processes and tools for the client and carry out testing in an efficient manner. Tx will also be performing re-testing of bugs as and when they are fixed and regression testing after each build of the application.
