13th January 2021, Kolkata, West Bengal: Indian School of Ethical Hacking Kolkata, India (ISOEH) has launched a new graduation course, i.e., B.Sc. in Digital Forensics. The course is dedicated to students who wish to pursue a career in the field of cyber security and hold a graduation degree in it.

Like other bachelor courses, it’s a three-year duration course. It’s a government-certified degree. ISOEH is a MAKAUT Affiliated (UGC Approved) college in Kolkata, West Bengal. The enrollment criterion is the students need to clear class XII for this course.

Digital Forensics is a branch of science that deals with cybercrime and civil laws. It enables students to detect, analyze, and mitigate different sorts of criminal threats and activities. For instance, bank frauds, data breach, identity theft, impersonation, debit or credit card misuse, and so on. In other words, this course makes students digital or cybercrime inspectors. This course consists of six semesters. The students masters various technicalities, viz., Discrete Mathematics, English, C++, Linux, and Java Programming, Software Engineering, Cryptography, Ethical Hacking, and many more.

B.Sc. in Digital Forensics will pave many career paths for the future generation. It covers and renders an in-depth study of cyber security and programming.
