Los Angeles, CA (March 17, 2016) – Idle Tuesdays Recording Studio, an LA based 501c3 nonprofit organization, is launching a new nonprofit program called DRIVE. This free event will take place April 5, 2016 from 7pm to 9pm at 8967 Sunset Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069.

DRIVE is a creative event hosted by music professionals, celebrities and other volunteers. Actress MARIELLE JAFFE (Scream 4), gospel music singer MARVIN WINANS JR., actress BRENDA EPPERSON (The Young and the Restless), and former Creative Artists Agency (CAA) talent manager MALIK MURRAY all volunteer with the organization and will be facilitating the evening.
The purpose of this monthly gathering is to introduce up-and-coming Los Angeles artists to the growing Idle Tuesdays community of creative and social influencers. Guests ranging from celebrity stylists and models to industrial designers, photographers and bloggers will be in attendance.

“Our goal at Idle Tuesdays Recording Studio is to influence culture through positive music. Through DRIVE, we’re excited to be making our diverse community available to the public on a monthly basis,” said EMILY HIBARD, Founder of Idle Tuesdays and Studio City Neighborhood Council board member.

DRIVE is a contemporary community event and is certain to make a splash. The Idle Tuesdays team is working hard to make this event a success. Mat Fretschel, Photographer at THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY shared, “It’s been a long time coming and we’re all pretty eager for DRIVE to finally be here!”

Everyone is invited. All ages are welcomed. And there might just be a few surprises.
