He is a well educated person who completed his early studies from the South Western Heights School in 1977. Later, he got admission in Dodge City Community College. In 1979, he passed out of this college and in that very same year, he began his own firm. He also enrolled at Dale Carnegie Course, which is an extensive course designed by Dale Breckenridge Carnegie for the improvement of both personality and skills of an individual.

He is the proud owner of Mid Plains Construction Company in Plains that has a staff of more than 70 employees and offers several construction services including concrete install, concrete construction, curing concrete, concrete forming, general construction, concrete ready mix sales, and advanced concrete construction. This company has constructed many buildings for dairies, agricultural purposes, churches, schools, silos, hospitals, handicap ramps, parking lots, driveways, etc.

Apart from being a businessman, [b]Ron Eakes[/b] involves himself in numerous social activities and events. He contributes his precious time helping different charitable establishments and raising funds for many social causes. He is an honorable member of the Special Olympics and American Cancer Society. Special Olympics is one of the biggest sports organization across the world which works for children and adults with intellectual disadvantages. They offer complete training and organizes competitions for athletes. The American Cancer Society fights against Cancer and helps people by spreading awareness about the prevention and treatment of Cancer.

[b]Ron Eakes[/b] is associated with various reputed non-government organizations that include Knights of Columbus, Children's Miracle Network, County Economic Organization, Kansas peace officers, Save The Children, and more. Save The Children is a not-for-profit and independent organization which strives to bring a change in the lives of children both in and out of the country. The organization supports families and children, especially during disasters, by offering medical care, food, and education to them. Besides this, the organization also helps in rebuilding communities. Save The Children also shields children from abuse, neglect, violence, and exploitation. He donates regularly so that the functioning of the organization goes in a smooth way. He also provides his services as a volunteer.
