Ron Eakes founded his own construction company, Mid Plains Construction in 1979. The company has been striving to deliver extensive construction services for the last 3 decades. He has over 70 employees serving under his unmatched leadership.

 
Ron Eakes is the proud owner of [b]Mid Plains Construction Plains KS[/b]. He was born in the western part of Kansas, which is also called as Wheat State of the US. He resided at a farm house along with his ten other siblings. For his primary education, he studied at the South Western Heights School, Kansas and also graduated in 1977 from the same school. Later, he joined Dodge City Community College for a degree program. This college is a public and co-educational college located at Dodge City and was established in 1935. It is recognized as DCCC and DC3. The students took part in several sports activities. The college provides associate degrees in applied science, arts, nursing, and other educational fields. The athletics team of the college is widely popular and known as Conqs. The official mascot of the college is the Conquistador.

Ron Eakes got admission in Dale Carnegie Course for inculcating public speaking, personal grooming, leadership skills, and salesmanship. In 1979, he founded his own construction company, [b]Mid Plains Construction, Plains, KS[/b]. The company has been striving to deliver extensive construction services for the last 3 decades. The establishment is counted amongst the most successful construction companies in the Kansas region. He has over 70 employees who serve under his unmatched leadership. Apart from being the successful owner of such reputed company, he also owns three ready mix plants and has a partnership in two dairies. He is also a social person who is involved in a great number of local charities and community not-for-profit organizations. Some of the organizations and charities that he supports include Kansas peace officers, American Cancer Society, Children’s Miracle Network, Save the Children, Special Olympics, Knights of Columbus, the Church Council, and County Economic Organization. He has also contributed towards local school board and Lion's club.
