Daisi Daniels might not be a new name in the world of British Skiing arena. However, she wants to make her name known and her presence felt all across the UK.

2017 seems to a very lucky year for the Rochdale-based Daisi Daniels, who had an electrifying start to this skiing season.

The 15 year old Beech House School student is being consistently trained by the British Ski Academy in Italy. She has already bagged a series of prestigious titles, thus proving her capability of bringing in the nation more international honours in the near future. For the record, last year, Daisi has grabbed three gold positions in the Anglo Scottish Club, as well as in the Artemis British Ski Academy Championships. In addition to these, she has consequently won the overall titles for three years in Slalom, as well as in the Giant Slalom, which were held in Aosta, Italy.

Daisi seems to be one of those super energetic rock stars on ski boards who never seem to get enough from their training and participations. As Daisi herself admits, it is the need for speed and the adrenaline rush that the game brings along makes her a hardcore ski-fan!

No wonder that right after winning the slaloms, she headed to Austria with her peers in the BSA. Participating in the Evolution Speed Races, the pocket-sized powerhouse congratulated herself of winning as many as three super G titles. Apart from the cut-throat competition that she faced with her fellow UK athletes, Daisi had a fierce and tough fight from the star athletes from the Netherlands and Hungary.

So what is next for this very talented, young skier? The teenager is now preparing herself to make it big in the World Cup, and the Winter Olympics. She wishes to participate right after her coach gives a green signal. And for the time being, in order to take her career to the next level, Daisi successfully participated in the GB Children’s International Championships. She was, as a matter of fact, one of the youngest contenders in the under-16 category.

Considering the huge expense and training involved in the making of an athlete-per-excellence, Daisi too struggled for fund in her initial days. Luckily for her, a number of agencies, identifying her talent, opened up their hearts and wallets to the teenager. Currently, she is being sponsored by the Chill Factore, Beech House School, Atomic UK, H Rigg properties and Fort Vale. However, Daisi welcomes sponsorships of any type and kind, and requests one and all to render possible helps to her. The young ski racer can be directly contacted at her official website.

Daisi loves sharing about everything that is going on in her career, and accordingly she personally maintains her blog to keep a track on what she is up to. The youngster can also be reached via Twitter, as well as through her FaceBook page, where she is extremely active. So those who want to know Daisi better, resorting to the social media can be a great idea.

Talking about her victorious feats this year, this skier bagged an overall award among girls with three wins in three of the race. For the boys, it was Own Vinter who was given the combined award for two wins in the Super G as well as the G. Daisi, as a matter of fact, repeated her history of last year’s win.

Daisi fondly acknowledges the continuous support that she and her team received from BSA, and the headline sponsor Delencey, as well as Sir John Ritblat.

With all the honours, awards and support showered on her, this ski racer tries to make sure that she never disappoints her sponsors and supporters. As Daisi turns 16 this July, she strives to work even harder to reach the next milestone in her career. A little bit of genuine support is all she needs to make it!
