The customers had several doubts and clarifications which were adeptly tackled by executives from Agaram.

At the outset, executives from Agaram clarified that as an organization, Agaram not only provided software services such as ERP for logistics and manufacturing, inventory management systems, human resource management systems (HRMS) and global positioning system (GPS) tracking software but they also extended hardware support which included CCTV solutions, radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions, Biometric devices and Barcode solutions. In addition, they also provided warehouse management systems that were RFID integrated for easy inventory tracking.

Inventory tracking with the help of RFID is highly effective as it helped in pinpointing the location of a specific item, crate, pallet or conveyor level and maintain an accurate count of the inventory. This feature of their ERP software can be effectively utilized by logistics service providers to schedule periodic maintenance with a view to prevent unexpected breakdowns. Agaram stated that the APQP could be effortlessly integrated within their system that would help them to ensure quality through effective planning.
