USA, 3rd August: If we have to ask youngsters about their favorite genre, it's going to be Hiphop. Even the older generations cannot help but sway to the beats. It's funny, crazy, hilarious, pumped, according to one group. Another group says it can be somber too when the artist wants to. Some artists say, why not both, and most of us would agree to that.

Hiphop is a result of experimentation, fusing different genres to see whether they fit or not. Hiphop is a tremendous success, there's no one to disagree with that. People can choose to avoid it (hate is a strong word), but they cannot stop it.

Hiphop songs are generally fast-paced that perfectly fit with today's culture. They can relay absolutely nothing and everything at the same time. It's how the artists bend the music, and how people interpret it. Plenty of artists have created gems in this genre, that are topping the charts even now.

" Hiphop is a great choice for parties, to lift the mood, and to have fun. In the film context, it fits beautifully. Well all music can fit if used effectively, but I am partial to Hiphop," says Abby Dallas. She adds that maybe it's because she is a Hiphop artist herself.

Now let us tell you we are not Hiphop artists, but avid listeners of it. We can see from where is coming. And not all music speaks to everyone, it's a personal choice, so can have an opinion of your own.

But records speak in our favor. Throughout the years, it's been the number one music genre in the USA, and the rest of the world is not lagging behind. Well, the record may shift, but Hiphop remains in the top 3, 5, and 10 positions.

It's one of the trendiest song genres, played across different platforms and streaming services. If you want to learn the style, it's quite easy. You need to catch on to the beats and rhythm of it. You can choose a mentor (online or offline), and start your journey. This is what I have done, and my environment is musical too.
