How to avoid such dispute in your eyelash extension handling?
Let's start with three aspects.
Before grafting.
1. Test allergies for customers
Depending on the customer's constitution and skin condition, some customers may be affected by "the metal composition of the glue and tweezers, tape, removers, chemicals and" volatile substances "contained in cosmetics, which can cause skin inflammation. First of all, we need to know whether the customer has had eyelashes grafted before and whether there is a history of allergy. If it is the first time for the customer to have eyelashes grafted, we should first test.
Take an eyelash with tweezers and stick the glue on it, and graft an eyelash on the outer corner of the customer's eye. After 15-20 minutes, if the customer's eyes do not show any symptoms of irritation, itching and so on, then we can start grafting.
If the customer's eyes appear red, swollen, painful, itching and other symptoms, the customer is advised not to graft eyelash extension (lash extension manufacturers). So the lash artists must be asked before grafting the customer's body condition, do a good job of grafting judgment.
2. Communicate the style of false eyelashes with customers
There are a lot of customers will take online pictures to make model, in fact, sometimes is not suitable for their own, customers without professional knowledge, so as a professional eyelash artist, must communicate with the customer by grafting, according to the customer's face, eye shape and the quality of the eyelashes, understand the customer's requirements, design a suitable eyelash style for the customer. 1. What should I do if a foreign body falls into eyes?
Rubbing eyelashes or eyelids during grafting can damage skin, mucous membranes and eyeballs. First-time eyelash grafters should be warned not to rub their eyes.
Rinse with water when artificial hair or glue gets into eyes. The area around the eyelids is the thinnest and most sensitive part of human skin, so be careful when grafting.
2. What should we do if customers are prone to tears?
The first eye is more sensitive, a touch on tears or tremble;
The second guest is thinking or thinking about something exciting, his eyes are moving;
Third, on the phone or chatting with friends;
Fourth, when you fall asleep, you are in a relaxed state with your eyes half open.
Fifth, due to telephone and other reasons, guests suddenly open their eyes;
Sixth, eyelash separator pad is not in place and is touching the inside of the eye.
In grafting eyelash process, when the eye moves, the action is a small range of one to turn a blind. When opened, the customer's eyes will be smoked by the smell of glue, which will produce a hot and sour feeling like tears.
Solution: blow dry with hair dryer, lash artist can also use medical disposable adhesive tape to help eyelid fixation.
3. What to do when tears have been shed
Clean with a cotton swab and then dry with air dryer. Do not let tears soak in your eyes. If you do not dry them in time, you may carry dry glue molecules into your eyes and cause inflammation.
Tip: The root of the eyelash graft is 0.5mm to 1.5mm away
After grafting
Some customers reflect foreign body sensation, itching, redness and other symptoms after eyelash extensions; in fact, these phenomena are not necessarily caused by lash extension.
Although this may not because of grafting eyelash extensions, if there’re customers consult, lash artists also should deal with it appropriately.
