CNC machining service is a subtractive manufacturing process which typically employs computerized controls and machine tools to remove layers of material from a stock piece, and produces a custom-designed part. CNC machining is suitable for a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, wood, glass, foam, and composites, and finds application in a variety of industries.

Init Proto has equipped with 5-axis CNC machines, with biggest machining size at 2500*850mm, offering full range of cnc milling processes, drilling, tumbling, turning, lathing, boring, countersinking, counter boring, tapping, and reaming, etc.

5-axis cnc machining can help to complete more complex parts. High precision is our goal, we can reach the tolerance as tight as +/-0.002 for some parts.

A wide range of materials can be processed by CNC milling. Such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, ABS, PC, PA, PA+GF, PE, PMMA/Acrylic, G10, Bakelite/Woolen, PPS, POM, PEEK, PVC, PET, PTFE/Teflon, Polyethylene, etc.. For functional parts with characteristic requirements, corresponding or similar materials can be found on the market to meet production needs.

CNC machining is suitable for processing some large parts. Now due to the mature application of materials and adhesives, the strength of parts will not be affected after spliced.

Various surface treatments can be directly performed after CNC processed or manual post-process needed, and the effect is close to or even higher than the product itself. http://www.init-mold.com/
