You can find the best burgers at Zaitzeff, a restaurant owned by Zachary Zaitzeff.

If you are looking for the best burgers in New York City, then you need to go to Zaitzeff. The restaurant is owned by Zachary Zaitzeff, a former Wall Street financier and current artist. Zachary Zaitzeff wanted to do something special for his city after the September 11 attacks, so he decided to become part of the rebuilding process.

“It was important to me to stand together with my fellow New Yorkers,” says Zachary Zaitzeff. “Being a part of the rebuilding process after the attacks was a great way for me to do that.”

The hamburger shop is a small family-run restaurant that has been in business for 10 years. It is located in the heart of New York City’s financial district. While it may be small, the burgers are big. Zachary Zaitzeff is proud of his accomplishments. His burgers have been highly rated on Zagat, Yelp and seamlessweb.com. In 2004, just one year after opening, Zachary Zaitzeff’s burger joint was named as one of the 100 best places to eat in New York City by New York Magazine.

“I could not believe that my little shop was part of such a big name list,” says Zachary Zaitzeff. “It was really an achievement I could be proud of.”

One reason Zachary Zaitzeff’s burgers are so good is that the restaurant only uses local, organic and grass fed beef. There are no added hormones or antibiotics, so the meat used by Zachary Zaitzeff is healthier for you.

“There is no reason to treat the livestock with these growth additives,” says Zachary Zaitzeff. “I do not want to promote that way of ranching.”

Zaitzeff is open seven days a week from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. So if you want a chance to taste one of Zachary Zaitzeff’s healthy and yummy burgers, then you need to stop by. The restaurant is located at 72 Nassau Street in New York City. Zachary Zaitzeff invites you to come by and try. If you do not eat burgers, the restaurant also offers sandwiches, salads and a variety of side dishes. There is a little bit for everyone.
