Non-profit organization Youth With a Future is committed to facilitating youth leadership through its summer job opportunities for inner-city teens and young adults, helping them learn what it takes to be effective leaders and bring about progressive change.
Youth With a Future comprises a group of individuals devoted to making a transformational impact in urban communities. Founded in 2013, the organization has helped several young people explore new opportunities for personal growth and development. Targeting individuals between the ages of 13 and 21, the organization strives to create respected, strong, and effective future leaders through its various channels. Youth With a Future is a division of the Transformational Leadership Forum which was inaugurated in 2011 by Dr. Robert Fomer. Since its conception, the non-profit organization has arranged several workshops and conferences in schools, churches, civic organizations, and Christian youth groups to cater to young audiences from all backgrounds.
Currently, Youth With a Future is offering summer training programs for teens and young adults. These online workshops focus on the organization’s core values, promoting honesty and integrity, cultural communication, community building, and selfless stewardship.
