According to him, there is no greater medicine than exercising, and everyone should do exercises for approximately 30-45 minutes in the morning or evening. Regular exercises provide lots of benefits such as body weight control, reduced risks of heart attack, improved stamina & energy levels, reduced stress, improved immune system, protection from dangerous diseases like cardiovascular diseases & cancer, etc. So, exercise daily and get a fit body.

Yosef Merhav is an Israeli-born construction contractor who is residing in the United States at present. He shifted to America more than 30 years ago with two young daughters and wife. He faced numerous difficulties, but accepted all with courage, and got success in achieving the position at which he is today. He owns Merhav Development Co., a California based company that specializes in structural engineering and general construction areas. Yosef has excellent communication and team handling capabilities, and has managed a wide range of construction related projects so far. In addition to work, he also gives importance to his personal life, and always takes out some time for his family no matter how busy he is. He is a devoted father & grandfather who has two daughters and five grandchildren. He is fitness and sports lover and likes indulging in different activities when free from work.
