The process involves…

Here is the rundown on what happens when.
1) Send us your order form along with flower petals, cork, silk flowers, cremation ashes, clothing material or most any other organic material and list the items you wish to order.
2) When we received them we make sure the flowers are completely dry and put your order into production.
3) We add your petals to a unique blend of polymers and shape them into the beads you ordered.
4) The beads are then fired for hardness.
5) Your beads are then put through a polishing process that takes several more days.
6) Then we apply a medical grade resin glaze to each of your beads, this resin coating is then cured for several days it will add to the beauty of your beads and protect them for years to come.
