It is the form of yoga that works on the flexibility and alignment in the form of posture. This is considered as the low impactful exercise for the yoga form that has the ability to work on the focus of the movement and allows to have control of the better aspect.

1. Yoga for Pilate is divided into two forms – reformer class and mat class. In this form, there are main points on which the pressure is applied in the terms of mat or the machine.
