Guangdong Jinli Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. was established in 1985. As one od the biggest manufacturer base for electrical and lighting products in China, we mainly produce full range of light switch and socket, from one gang to six gang switch & socket, dimmer switch, TV/LAN/TEL socket, socket with usb etc.

1. The Molding Workshop

Our molding workshop covering 1300㎡. We have 6 EDM machines, 5 drilling machines, 9 high precision wire cutting machines, 5 grinding machines and 2 CNC machines. We can produce 35 plastic and 25 metal molds per month.

2. The Hardware Workshop

We have 19 high speed punching machines, 29 automatic cutting lathe, 55 automatic tapping macheines. We can manufacture 54 milion hardware monthly.

3. The Injection Workshop

We have 108 injection machines. The capacity of this workshop is 43 milion per month.

4. The Automatic Installation Workshop

We have 11 product assembling machines, 27 component automatic assembling machine

5.The Electronic Workshop

In this workshop, we have SMT machine, auto-insert machine, wave soldering machine and anging line.

This workshop responsible for producing the electronic product, such as socket with usb, hotel key card socket, dimmer switch etc.

6. The installation workshop

There have 80 assembling lines and 600 employees in the installation workshop. We can produce 10 milion switch and socket per month.
