GOVERNMENT SCHEMES betweeen 2014 and 2017

GOVERNMENT SPONSORED SOCIALLY ORIENTED INSURANCE SCHEMES -

1. AAM ADMI BIMA YOJANA-.

It is a social security plan for rural landless homes. The head of the family or the single making member is eligible for this plan. The main federal government and state federal government per individual per year share a premium of Rs 200.

ADVANTAGES-.
- On natural death of the earning member-- Rs 30,000.
- On death due to mishap or permanent impairment-- Rs 75 000.
- On partial or long-term special needs (privation of eye or limb)-- Rs 37500.
A free add-on advantage is available to include child scholarship under this Yojana.

2. JANASHREE BIMA YOJANA.

It is a federal government issued life insurance coverage security plan to individuals of all categories who are partially above the hardship line. The individual is qualified for the plan if--.
- Age between 18-59 years.
- Member of a vocational group.
- Marginally above or below poverty line.
The features of this yojana consist of a premium of Rs 200 per head, which is shared by the main federal government and the trade company, or self help groups. The Social Security Fund contributes the other 50%.

BENEFITS-.
- On natural death the candidate will be paid an amount of Rs 30,000.
- On death due to accident or irreversible special needs settlement of Rs 75000 will be supplied.
- On partial special needs, payment of Rs 37500 will be supplied.
- An unique scheme is also included into this yojana, where ladies in the self-help groups can assist their kids's education. A scholarship of Rs 600 is offered for only 2 children in the household in class 9-12( this comes under the Shiksha Suraksha Yojana).

3. VARISHTHA PENSION BIMA YOJANA.

It is a pension plan for the seniors, which has actually been restored by the NDA federal government really just recently, benefitting around 3.16 lakhs annuants.

ADVANTAGES-.

- 8% interest per annum will be provided.

5. ATAL PENSION YOJANA.

This plan once again concerns the senior citizens and after retirement pension plans. It is open to all bank account holders and minimum age for joining this is 18 years up until 40 years. It is a 5-year plan.

BENEFITS-.
- Fixed pension for subscribers ranging from Rs 1000- Rs 5000.
- Contribution worths are low if individual joins early and high if the person joins late.

6. PRADHAN MANTRI JAN DHAN YOJANA

It is a national mission to make sure financial inclusion services like banking, savings, insurance and pension. It can be opened in any bank.

ADVANTAGES-.
- Interest on deposit.
- Minimum balance is not needed unless you choose for cheque books.
- Scheme provides a life cover of Rs 30,000 which is payable on death of the customer.
- Provides unintentional insurance coverage cover of over 1 lakh.
- Overdraft center of as much as Rs 5000 is readily available for the woman of the family.
- Easy transfer of loan throughout the country.

7. UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURANCE SCHEME.

This plan has been carried out in order to increase individuals's access to health-care services especially for the households below the poverty line.
APL BENEFITS-.
- Reimbursement approximately Rs 15000 on hospitalization.
- 0.5% of sum guaranteed per day for room expenses.
- Costs for cosmetic surgeon, anesthetist, experts etc will be repaid approximately 15%.
If private is admitted in ICU then 1% per day claim can be made, -.

BPL BENEFITS-.
- Same policies like that of APL is used.
- Some added benefits for maternal care have actually been included, Rs 2500 for regular delivery and Rs 5000 for caesarian shipment.
- Families would get healthcare and hospitalization advantages for the head earner.
