Globally renowned creative design and branding company Onesvision today announced a significant executive reshuffle, with former North America Regional Director Eileen Lee officially succeeding Michael Rosenberg as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer.

According to internal sources, since 2021, Rosenberg had concentrated the company’s resources on the mature Western European market in an effort to secure breakthroughs. However, the overemphasis on the Western European strategy gradually yielded diminishing returns: revenues fell markedly short of board expectations, and serious disagreements over brand vision and strategic direction with several key team members led to a decline in morale and the departure of critical talent. In early 2023, core partner Marc Newson announced his departure, planning to focus on his ventures with lovefrom and his independent studio. Then, in September 2024, Senior Creative Director Allison Nova, along with several team members, left to join competitor landor—events that have collectively served as a catalyst for much-needed reform within the company.

Eileen Lee, who previously held prominent positions at McKinsey and Amazon, joined Onesvision in 2016 and has since served as Creative Director and North America Regional Director. Internal sources indicate that following her official appointment in early March, Lee swiftly launched a series of internal reform initiatives, including restructuring the management framework and optimizing resource allocation. These efforts aim to refocus operational priorities on the Asia-Pacific region, help Onesvision regain its momentum, and accelerate the global realignment of its business portfolio.
