IREATECH Big-sized Autoclave(IR-PC-1600-2000F) is specialized for removing air bubbles from the touch screen panel. The equipment can control the pressure and temperature suitable for the process. This autoclave equipment is essential for aging and bubble removal of LCD panel manufacturing process and semiconductor packaging process. The process is done by heating and pressurizing based on accurate and precise pressure and temperature control. The accurate temperature control is achieved by finding the PID value according to the surrounding environment in the Digital LED or LCD screen attached in this equipment. The interlock system works in case of artificial or natural negligence or malfunction. The safety device protects itself to prevent further malfunction. Fail-safe function is installed in this equipment. In case that problem occurs with the equipment, the power supplied to various parts of the equipment is automatically cut off.

IREATECH Two Chamber Autoclave (IR-DPC-600)is specialized to perform two different tests to maximize testing efficiency. The accurate temperature control is achieved by finding the PID value according to the surrounding environment in the Digital LED or LCD screen attached in the device.
