Dr. Wendell C. Perry is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He got his undergraduate degree from Howard University and his physician of medicine level from Howard University. Dr. Perry finished his general surgery internship and residency at Howard University Hospital. After completing his general surgery training he functioned as a teacher in the division of surgery.
