Lee Xiang will oversee all aspects of WNC Equity Advisors’ corporate advisory including providing international advisory services to public companies and private businesses, particularly for cross-border transactions.

Mr. Xiang’s main role will be to support and provide mergers and acquisitions services to International and Institutional clients in the agriculture, natural resources and infrastructure and utilities sectors.

Prior to joining WNC Equity Advisors, Lee Xiang was Director of International Advisory at Taiwanese institution Cathay United Bank. Before that, Mr. Xiang worked in corporate finance in Hong Kong with HSBC and the Bank of China.
