Burn-Out In The Nursing Profession
Nurses burnout is a widespread phenomenon characterized by reduction in the nurses energy that manifest in the emotional exhaustion, lack of motivation and feeling of frustration may result in reduction in work efficacy. The study was conducted among the nurses to assess the burnout to investigate the influence of leader empowering behavior on nurses, feeling of burnout in an endeavor to improve nursing assignment help work outcomes. In addition to both structural and psychological empowerment were found to be important for decreasing burnout and subsequently increasing intent to stay.
