The Gracie Barra Future Champions Program, offered at the Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Boise center in Garden City, aims to ensure all-round development of kids participating in it.


Glenwood St, Garden City (November 04, 2018): At Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Boise, children can get the opportunity to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and become champions on the mat as well as in real life. The center offers the Gracie Barra Future Champions Program, created to teach self-defense to kids aged 4 – 15. With this program, children can learn the basic principles of fighting effectively. The course is usually categorized into 3 varied groups to fit students of various skill levels and ages.
