FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New York, NY (April 02, 2018) – When Tesla Quartet met Alex Fiterstein at North Carolina during the Swannanoa Chamber Music Festival, they decided that they should make an album together.

With the debut album of Tesla at present in the able hands of Orchid Classics, the team is thrilled to have the chance to return to the Wyastone Studios in the United Kingdom to collaborate on the four extraordinary clarinet quintets being Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Gerald Finzi, John Corigliano and Carolina Heredia.

In the project at Kickstarter, Tesla has posted that these pieces might not appear to have much in common at the initial sight. However, the team says that each one of them merges unequal influences in a way that it is at once musically adventurous and thought-provoking. The team has stated that a quintet begins with five unique voices and merges them together in such a way to arrive at something most beautiful, richer, complex, and larger.

This awareness of an exhilarating combination further expands including the hearer, who carries their own passion for music, individual taste and own history to each sole moment of encounter. The group has also explained about the four quintets in her Kickstarter campaign.

Further, the group has posted about their plan to partner with the vision group of Andrew Keener, the Grammy-winning producer and Simon Eadon, the recording engineer. The recording location will be the state-of-the-art facility at Wyastone Studios in the United Kingdom, which is the home for Nimbus Records.

The quartet has posted that the support from backers will help them in making the album a reality. The poster has also stated that the project of this magnitude needs a considerable investment of not just money, but also time and energy. The team has planned to raise $17000 that they will use for paying for the production of the album, engineer and also the recording venue. The quartet has thanked the supporters in advance for their contribution and consideration towards the efforts to bring the dream of timeless music for the future generations, a reality.

The quartet has requested the supporters to spread the word about this month-long campaign to like-minded colleagues and friends. The team that comprises of Alex, Serafim, Edwin, Michelle and, Ross believes that together they can make something truly worthwhile with the support from the backers.

The quartet has stated that certainly there are challenges and risks associated with this project. For instance, production of the disc might face delays, and travel plans could be interrupted. However, the team is confident that they can overcome the obstacles like these to get this recording into the hands of the supporters.
