Try This Healthy Moringa Wild Honey Smoothie

Moringa leaf is a native plant to India and other countries. It is also called Drumstick Trees. It is rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. All parts of the tree have high medicinal properties.

 
Ingredients required:

Take any fruit of your choice (like banana, mango or berries)
Milk
Wild Honey
Moringa powder
Yogurt, almonds & any seeds (Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds). (if required).

Preparation:

Take sliced pieces of your favorite fruits. (like banana, mango, or berries).
Add milk as required.
Add a tablespoon of moringa powder and wild honey for a good taste & nutrients. (You can also add moringa honey instead of moringa powder)
You may add other ingredients such as yogurt, almonds, or seeds( if required).
Finally, the tasty and healthy smoothie is ready.
