Moringa Wild Honey Tea for weight loss:
Ingredients:
• Water
• Dried moringa leaves (or fresh leaves)
• Bark
• cumin
• Ginger
• Wild Honey
• Lemon (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the water
2. Add dried moringa leaves (or fresh leaves), bark & cumin
3. Add a spoonful of ginger juice
4. Boil for 5-7 minutes
5. Add honey to taste
6. Add lemon juice (if desired)
