Chennai, March 8, 2025 – WHY tap honoured women’s achievements and contributions with a vibrant Women’s Day 2025 celebration in Chennai. The event brought together students and staff in a lively and appreciative atmosphere.

The celebration started with a ramp walk, where women were warmly welcomed by their peers in beautifully decorated halls. This was followed by special awards, recognizing their contributions. The event was attended by CEO Sathishkumar Kannan, who spoke about WHY tap’s commitment to supporting and empowering women.

The event also included a drama performance, bringing laughter and fun. A Movie BGM Guessing game kept the audience engaged, testing their knowledge of famous movie soundtracks. The energy continued with a power dance session, followed by an open mic singing performance, where participants showcased their talents.

As a mark of appreciation, women were crowned with hats, symbolizing strength and grace. The celebration ended on a sweet note, as chocolates were given to all the women by the male students as a token of gratitude.
