Under the skin of Lead Die Casting, the accumulated gas bulges to generate bubbles.

Under the skin of Lead Die Casting, the accumulated gas bulges to generate bubbles.

Cause:

1. The mold temperature is too high.

2. The filling speed is too high and the metal flow is involved in too much gas.

3. The coating has a large amount of gas and is used too much. It is not burnt out before pouring, so that volatile gas is wrapped in the surface layer of the casting.

4. Exhaust is not smooth.

5. Opening the mold too early.

6. The melting temperature of alloy is too high.

Resolution:

1. Cooling the mold to the working temperature.

2. Reduce the injection speed and avoid vortex entrapment.

3. Select the paint with small gas generation amount, which is thin and uniform, and close the mold after burning out.

4. Clean up and add overflow tank and exhaust duct.

5. Adjust the mold retention time.

6. Trimming and melting process.
