Steel rolling heating furnace is the energy guzzler during rolling production process, accounting for 80% of the total consumption of the rolling process, and the heat going away with high temperature flue gas accounted for 20% to 50% in furnace heat load. 3. waste heat boiler technology is a supplement to existing heat transfer technology, which can effectively recycle furnace heat, but its ancillary equipment is much, while the consumption is large. Multiple energy conversion resulting in reduced efficiency, therefore its economic benefit is not very significant.
