The Conference will be held at the Congress Centrum, Mainz, Germany on 25-28 January 2016

Ansai Technologies are sending two delegates to the sixth European AABC, the industry’s largest European energy-storage conference. Ansai see the conference as a chance to meet up and network with other leading companies that are at the forefront of battery technology.
Ansai Technologies technical director said “we aim to be wherever the world’s leading battery manufacturers gather, sharing mutual ideas and technological advancements that will create a better, cleaner future for our planet”.
The conference will examine the advances in energy storage technologies and the expanding market for advanced batteries, with a focus on the European perspective. AABC Europe will feature three technology-focused symposia covering Lithium Ion chemistry, Lithium Ion engineering and EC Capacitor developments, and an application-focused conference with two parallel tracks focusing on high-volume and industrial/specialty automotive, as well as three tutorials.
The three world-class tutorials will focus on battery simulation, beyond Lithium Ion, and the world battery market.
This symposium will review the technical and commercial advances in this unique technology.
Lithium Battery Chemistry Symposium
This symposium will discuss developments in Lithium Ion materials, Lithium Ion industrial research and beyond Lithium Ion.
Battery Engineering Symposium
This symposium will examine energy storage system thermal design, energy storage system electrical design and Lithium Ion safety and abuse tolerance.
Track 1: High-Volume Automotive
A review of the expanding xEV vehicle and battery markets, with sessions covering energy storage for low-voltage hybrids, and high-voltage xEV battery technologies
Track 2: Industrial & Specialty Automotive
Examining batteries for light (e-bike and small robots) and heavy duty (off-road vehicles, marine, industrial motive power and buses) traction applications.
