The kit uses colloidal gold immunochromatography. The chromatographic strip is mainly composed of a binding pad, a nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent paper attached to a plastic bottom plate. Among them, there is colloidal gold-labeled new coronavirus antigen and quality control protein on the binding pad; there are three coating lines on the nitrocellulose membrane, which are respectively coated with 1) anti-human IgM antibody (M line), 2) anti-human IgG antibody (G Line), 3) quality control antibody (line C). During the test, the sample and sample diluent are added dropwise to the binding pad. If there is anti-new coronavirus IgM and IgG in the sample, the new coronavirus antigen labeled wit colloidal gold on the binding pad is combined to form lg M-new coronavirus antigen.Colloidal gold complex (complex M) or/ and IgG-new coronavirus antigen-colloidal gold complex (complex G). The above complex is chromatographed with the nitrocellulose membrane toward the end of the absorbent paper. When passing through the M line, the complex M is captured by the anti-human IgM antibodyWhen the G line passes through the G line, the complex G is captured and enriched by the anti-human IgG antibody, so that the G line appears the purple signal. When the C line passes, the quality control protein labeled with colloidal gold is controlled by quality control. The antibody captures the C-line with a mauve signal.
1. Open the box and take out the test paper and diluent, and leave it at room temperature for 15-30 minutes
2. Pipette 20ul of whole blood or 10ul of serum and plasma with a sampler and add it to the sample well.
3. Add 2 drops of sample dilution to the well.
4. Wait for 10 minutes and observe the results, After 15 minutes, the observation results are invalid for reference only.
