About the Client
Established in 1973, our client has been a leader in providing tire services, including selection, maintenance, repair, insurance, and recycling for various fleets, from tractors to trailers and trucks. Operating 25 tire stations across Arizona, their services are crucial for the logistics and transportation sectors. For confidentiality reasons, we refer to this project as TireLease Central.

Goals and Objectives
The core objective was to transition from manual operations to a digital, automated system. Key areas of focus included:
Creating New Client Records: Streamline the process for adding and managing client information.
Tire Inspections and Recording Parameters: Automate the recording of tire inspection data.
Maintaining Service History: Ensure comprehensive and easily accessible service records.
Billing and Invoicing: Automate financial processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
To achieve these goals, a custom truck tire program was developed for use on Android tablets, specifically procured for this project.

License Plate Recognition: Utilizing tablet cameras to automatically recognize and retrieve vehicle data, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
Centralized Database: A unified system to store tire inspection data and client records, improving data accessibility and management.
Client Records Management: Seamless integration for adding new requests and managing existing client information.
Tire Safety Assessment: Automated evaluation of tire safety based on wear, ensuring timely and accurate assessments.
Automated Invoicing: Integration with the accounting department for real-time financial data synchronization.

Mobile Application for Tire Fitters
We developed a high-performance mobile application using Flutter for Android tablets. This application was designed with a focus on user experience (UX) and speed, allowing tire fitters to efficiently perform their inspections and tasks.
License Plate Recognition: Inspectors use tablet cameras to scan license plates, automatically retrieving or updating vehicle information.
Backend and Admin Panel
The backend system processes the data collected through the app, using the client’s algorithms to calculate rental costs for each tire. This robust infrastructure supports seamless operation and accurate financial management.
Results
Post-implementation, our client transitioned from a paper-based system to a fully digital platform. This shift eliminated issues such as dishonest inspections and improved data quality, providing clearer insights into assets and supporting better business decisions. We are also working on future updates, including interactive wheel formula schemes, to further enhance the system.
