Waad Nadhir has many years of experience helping developers and other partners create new and revamped spaces for all kinds of properties, including retail businesses, medical offices, housing, and more. He is currently working as a consultant with the Steadfast Companies, an organization that operates and develops properties throughout the Western United States. Nadhir is currently at work helping Steadfast achieve authorization to develop new property for senior housing in Southern California and manage the leasing operations of two malls in the Seattle area.

Waad Nadhir is a former broker for Merrill Lynch and the founder of both MovieMax Video and CarChoice Superstores. He sold MovieMax to Blockbuster Video and became a development officer, responsible for locating, opening and operating stores for the former home entertainment powerhouse and opening several franchises in New York City on his own as well. Nadhir’s leadership of CarChoice also led him to more business leadership opportunities. He sold the company to AutoNation in 1997 and became the Vice Chairman of the AutoNation the same year.

Throughout much of his history as a businessman with these two ventures, Waad Nadhir also ran BOSC Group, a real estate development firm based in near Bloomfield Hills. Nadhir grew up in Detroit, so running his own real estate development firm in the same area is a huge thrill for him and his community. Now the President BOSC Realty Advisors, he manages new developments throughout his community and ensures that all of the properties he and his company are involved with are properly managed and taken care of for the benefit of everyone in the Detroit area.
