INDIAN MARKETS ROUNDUP
The S&P BSE Sensex plunged as much as 192 points in morning trade on Wednesday, led by losses in ICICI Bank, ITC, TCS, Infosys, Tata Motors, and SBI.

The Nifty50 slipped below its crucial psychological level of 7450 weighed down by losses in metal, power, consumer durable, auto, and banking index.

• State-run Container Corp falls nearly 3 pct.
• Government plans to sell a 5 pct stake in Logistics Company to rise about $170 mln.
• Sale at floor price of 1195 rupees, which is at a 2 pct discount to Tuesday's close.
• Govt last month raised about $730 million from a share sale in power producer NTPC

Asian markets trading lower
Asian markets were trading mixed. Japan's benchmark Nikkei was trading 1.59 per cent lower at 16,516. China's CIS300 fell 1.57 per cent to 3,058.40. China will release its February CPI and PPI data on Thursday.

Other Asian indices, including Hong Kong's Hang Seng (down 0.74 per cent), South Korea's Kospi (down 0.07 per cent) and Taiwan's TWSE (down 0.75 per cent) were trading higher.
